We are a full service music store, with new & used instruments, amplifiers, effects, and accessories. We also do instrument repairs and adjustments!

Our lessons are private, individual lessons, so that each student can receive the amount of attention that they need. This allows us to customize, and thoroughly go over the material with each student. We can also focus on certain aspects of playing as well as particular styles of music.

History

Established in 2004.

After working at a music store in Beaumont for almost 20 years, I decided it was time to start my own place in my hometown of Lumberton. The Guitar Lesson Studio first opened in September 2004. In January of 2005, another guitar instructor came onboard, and a couple of months later we started selling small items like strings and picks. We have now grown to include all types of instruments such as guitars, basses, banjos, mandolins, violins, amps, cases, microphones, effects, and all kinds of accessories. As of May 2007, we added another guitar/​bass instructor. In January 2011, a piano teacher joined our crew. As of 2012 we currently have three guitar instructors, one of which also teaches bass, and two piano instructors. We are continuing to grow and look forward to serving our customers and community for many years to come.
