Business Owner
Miss Amy M. Sweet has been in the childcare industry for over 15 years. She began teaching the Older 3’s program running a classroom of 20 children at another center. She later was promoted to Department Head and responsible for 5 classrooms, 90 children, and 10 staff members. While in this position, Miss Amy was given the chance of a lifetime; To become the Director and Co-Founder of Brightest Beginnings, LLC. In 2004 the planning began to renovated the 5000 sq. ft. building into what it is today. Dedicated to providing Lumberton and it’s children with a center for early learning, Brightest Beginnings, LLC opened it’s doors in 2005 to start the new school year. We are proudly in our 11th school year and believe to have created a name and reputation that speaks for itself. Miss Amy is always found greeting parents, fixing Boo-Boo’s and participating in daily classroom activities with our children. Being actively involved daily, she is always able to update parents and caregivers
