The majority of these Luling bars have the same vibe. Can’t really find any food at any of them — for that you gotta go more towards Nola… But you will find your typical cheap beers, pool, darts, jukebox.
Boogies feels a little cleaner overall than some of the other local options, still fills up with smoke pretty bad though. They have some fans, but one of them was blowing air up instead of down… felt pretty hot to me. Bartender was friendly.
It’s a bar.
