Established in 1989.

Since 1989, Dream Homes & Drafting has been designing and building custom homes in the Lufkin and East Texas area. Founded by native Lufkinite Mike Hineman, we are a trusted member of the community with membership in the Deep East Texas Association of Builders, the Parade of Homes Committee, the Angelina County Chamber of Commerce, and the local Better Business Bureau. Known for our high level of craftsmanship, attentiveness to our clients and sustainable construction techniques, we can work with you on all details of the custom home building process.
