Crown Forest Apartments

Awesome place to live, very helpful employees there and they really make you feel very important. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I have lived in crown forest for over a year and I love it. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Any issues I’ve had, they’ve taken care of in a timely manner. This is the best apartment complex in lufkin. Safe, beautiful, quiet. I love it here

I have lived at Crown Forest apartments for 3 years, moving in right after they opened. Having not lived in an apartment for several years I was surprised at how much I enjoyed living here. It is a quiet place set back in the woods.
The office staff is great and will try to accommodate any special needs. The management has bent over backwards making sure that the apartments function well. There is wood laminate even on the second floor living, kitchen and baths. When it caused noise for the first floor tenants they added padding and a new wood laminate floor over it in every 2^nd floor apartment. They moved all of our furniture out and returned it back exactly where it was.
They have come in and checked every cabinet for the finish and security. They have pest control, change your air conditioner filters and check your fire extinguisher. There is weekly landscape maintenance and they just finished power washing all the concrete. This place is kept very nice.
The pool is always clean and the waterfall is always on. Any maintenance problems are corrected usually within a day. I can’t honestly see how an apartment complex could be managed better.

I wouldn’t wish this living experience on anyone. I lived in Crown Forest for a very short period of time and was forced to move away from Lufkin early by some unfortunate life circumstances. The staff and owner were all very unhelpful to do anything except line their own pockets. These people just want to make money and have no morals or ethics that I was able to discern. At one point in the process they said I would owe no more money and then suddenly changed their mind and said I owed them for another month while I was no longer living in the apartment. I ended up paying close to $ 3000 for a 7 day stay in Crown Forest. Nearly the entire time the staff was renting this apartment to another person so they could get double rent. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. If you have any life events then they will have no mercy on you.
