Scott C. Lonis designed my site several years ago and I had nothing but problems also. Non responsive and super slow when he does finally get back to you. Avoid using this guy. Terrible service.

Do not hire Scott Lonis to create your e-​commerce website! You may get good design (which he outsources by the way), but you won’t get a functioning website in a timely fashion.
One year later, my web business is still waiting for a completed, virus-​free checkout system. You won’t get this guy’s attention if you’re small business. What a waste of money and time!
He ignores requests for customizations that need to happen for your particular type of business. My site had a virus for a month before he did anything about it and now my site is flagged in google searches as a result. He also charged me $ 150 to put up a «coming soon» page. The reason I had to put that page up there in the first place were his own delays in completing the website!
Maybe if you’re a bigger company with more money to give him, you will get some service? Totally non-​communicative via phone and email as well. Days and weeks go by before he answers emails or calls. He offers no excuses, no apologies, nothing but silence. This is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever purchased in my 37 years on the planet.
