Welcome to the Centre for Reproductive Medicine, where dreams are born! At our fertility center in Lubbock, we open doors for West Texas parents who want to have a baby of their own but are unable to conceive. We understand that this is a highly emotional time for our patients, so we listen to their goals and offer them the personal attention, understanding, and sensitivity they need.

Our warm, welcoming office offers a wealth of fertility center services, such as in vitro fertilization, intrauterine insemination, and frozen embryo transfer. We will work with you to find the right option for your family’s needs, taking the time to answer any questions you might have and provide thorough follow-​up care. After all, your comfort and successful pregnancy are our top priorities.

Our fertility center is conveniently located on 22^nd Street in Lubbock, Texas. The Centre for Reproductive Medicine sees patients Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Dr. Janelle Dorsett is a patient, understanding fertility specialist who makes miracles happen every day at her Lubbock practice. As Director of the Centre for Reproductive Medicine, Dr. Dorsett is committed to providing state-​of-​the-​art medical care & achieving outstanding results.

In addition to being a private practice fertility specialist in Lubbock, Dr. Dorsett is an associate clinical professor at the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center School of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics/​Gynecology. She is also a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American College in Obstetrics & Gynecology, the Society of Reproductive Endocrinologists, the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology, the Texas Medical Association, & the Lubbock-​Crosby-​Garza County Medical Society, and is a fellow of the Society of Reproductive Medicine.

Dr. Janelle Dorsett is board-​certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology & subspecialty board-​certified in Reproducive Endocrinology/​Infertility.
