History

Established in 2015.

The business took off in 2015 after I had a friend ask whether we could fix his iPhone 5s as he dropped it the day before. With a history of being good with technology and working for the IT department around computers all the time, I gave it a shot. I soon had people asking me day after day to also fix their device as they heard from this friend that I could, so I did and soon word of mouth spread. I soon realized that a repair I could do for $ 80 others were charging $ 120 or even more. That was when I first realized that I stood out from the rest of the repair businesses. Except, that wasn’t enough. I wanted to stand out so much that the choice of who to trust with your device became obvious. That was when I decided to get certified. This means our work will not void your device warranty. We even went a step further and got in direct contact with the source of apple products and parts and now am proud to say we are the only repair service that uses Apple manufactured parts for you.

My name is Preston. I started Tech Repair so I could offer people a better quality, service, and pricing for anyone who is in need of a repair. In my free time I like to fly. I am currently a student private pilot and my dream is to get my pilots license pretty soon. Aside from flying I love to play basketball, ice hockey, hang with friends, and travel. My personal motto for the business is, «quality over quantity». In other words, I’d rather offer a higher quality service than use cheap parts and labor to get more people to use our service.
