I pay $ 15 per month to rent my DVR from them. The box stopped working. We had to disconnect and take it to the office myself to avoid a $ 25 fee. Then the cable still didn’t work. We had to call out a technician to look at our problem. Turns out we plugged in one wire incorrectly and the technician told us there was no charge to correctly connect the box. Then we got our bill and they charged us $ 40 for tampering with technicians work. I called to despite the charge but they pretty much told me that it’s non refundable. EVENTHOUGH we were told that there wouldn’t be a charge.

Be careful when dealing with Suddenlink. I got hit with over $ 150 in extra charges that no one could account for, but everyone knew was not mistake. When I cancelled they did not even attempt to retain me. It suggests they have grown numb to people cancelling and have no desire to try to keep them. Avoid the hassle, the lies and the headache. Find another source for your internet and cable needs.

Lobe them! Never have a problem. Except they offer me five different things when I call. It’s super annoying, especially when I call knowing what I’m wanting to do. But the internet never fails, I’ve only had 1 outage here in the 2ish years I’ve had them.
