Sprint Store

This place was great. My family and I got I phone 6’s from here and Louis was incredibly helpful. Definitely one of the cheaper cell services and truly our bill was cut in half as advertised on TV. Would highly recommend making an appointment otherwise you’ll be waiting in line for awhile!

My wife Karen and I went to the Sprint store to upgrade our phones. There was only one employee, Sven, who was helping a family with their upgrade. We were completely ignored for an hour and a half – not even acknowledged, no attempt to let us know that it could be a while – while he chatted with this couple and their daughter, demonstrated every app you could think of, made jokes, etc. When finally the family left, we confronted Sven about the time we had waited and the lack of acknowledgment, and he got defensive and argumentative and said he was providing customer service and had done nothing wrong. I understand that upgrading someones phones can take a while, but the issue here is 1. the total lack of acknowledgment and failure to set an expectation for how long we would be waiting, and 2. the amount of time that we could hear he was chatting and making no attempt to lessen our wait. This is one of the worst customer service experiences that I have had in a VERY long time. Needless to say, we left without getting our phones upgraded as we had planned.
We are going to try again at the corporate Sprint store on the South Loop, where we have had good experiences in the past. Hopefully this will go better. If not, Verizon or T-​Mobile may have some new customers.
