I used Sinclair for my last air conditioner repair so when I had a problem last week I called them again. I called at 4:30pm and they asked when I would like someone to come out. I said today. They never mentioned cost at this point. They called and said they had someone available and sent someone out at 5:20. The tech that came over said it was afterhours so there was nothing the he could do to get the part I needed that day as he did not have the motor with him. He gave me an estimate of almost $ 700 to get the repair done the next day. I googled the part that needed replaced and it was at most $ 200 which they quoted me $ 450 just for the part. When I asked why there was such a big difference they said they were a business and needed to make money and that it included warranty on the part. I didn’t feel good about this so I called to get a second opinion. I paid what I owed for the tech to come look the day before when nothing was done and I was charged $ 110 because it was overtime which I was never told beforehand. The other place I contacted repaired my AC for a total of $ 275 including the same part and labor. Needless to say I will never call Sinclair again and had it not been for everyone telling me to get a second opinion due to the outrageous estimate I would have paid more than double of what I should have. Also when the tech came out he pointed out that the last person that did repairs did not properly repair it which was also Sinclair that did the work! Never again! Don’t pay double, get a second opinion!

We had a problem with our air conditioner so I called the first place I found which was Lowery Air, I waited 2 days for them to come and they quoted me a $ 369 price + diagnostic fee, thought that was a little high
Then I called Sinclair they were at my house with in the hour and done in 30min and my ENTIRE bill was only $ 231, Honest and Great Company Will Never call another company again !!
