The best auto shop I have ever experienced!
My 09 Chevy Silverado was doing some funky blinker stuff even after replacing the bulbs so I took it to these guys a couple of weeks ago. They had it fixed he same day for $ 40 and let me know it was a connection issue.
About a week and a half later the truck was doing the same thing. So I called them back and they were very apologetic and insisted I bring it in ASAP. They even offered me a ride when I dropped it off. Again, I picked it up same day (today). They explained what went wrong, how the fixed it a different way this time and made sure the connection was secure. And they insisted that there would be no charge.
I so appreciated the kindness they showed and their diligence in running an honest shop! As a woman, I sometimes feel that an auto shop may be ripping me off but I have full confidence in the character of the men at Jim Phillips! Definitely use them for any automotive needs!

Best auto shop I’ve ever dealt with! Tommy has saved me untold dollars through the years. Willing to tackle tough problem vehicles (Range Rover) and quick to advise when repair is unnecessary or can wait. He methodically asks questions about your issue as would a well-​trained Internist.
Shop is clean and work is completed when promised and at very reasonable price. To top it off, Tommy is a gentleman and a great guy to visit with.

Let me tell you about this place, amazing. My 2007 Chrysler 300 took a dive on me first issue I have ever had and it happend to me the day I had to leave Texas for work. I park the car in my driveway give the keys to my neighbor and drove the other car, this shop did everything. Called a tow for me looked at the car and I made it very clear he had 1,500 dollar budget. Two days later he calls me and hits me up for less than 600 bucks! One of the issues I asked him to fix he didn’t, why? It wasn’t broken! Honest and fair I will never take my car to the dealership again!!!
