Dr. McCombs graduated from high school in South Dakota in 1996. After his freshman year of college at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, he left to serve a 2-​year mission for his church in the Philippines. After returning home he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at BYU and was accepted to the physical therapy program at Texas Woman’s University in Houston. He graduated with a Master’s degree in physical therapy in 2004 and opened his own practice in 2007. He completed his post-​graduate studies in manual therapy and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2010. He is a board-​certified orthopedic specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Spencer is also licensed through DSI Work Solutions to perform onsite job analyses and job function testing. During his free time, Spencer enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 ch
