RUN don’t walk to find another option!!! Wants to be your new best friend until he gets your money (which is up front) and then is VERY Rude, Dismissive, Could NOT care less whether your product is delivered on time, in good condition, or works at all! We bought an optional hand rail & they installed it with the grip guard torn all up! We went in & owner said he would take care of it. Three trips in later, he hasn’t done a thing & it’s very clear he won’t. BEWARE: even with a site survey & written bid before the sale, he’ll charge you extra when they deliver because of some issue they didn’t foresee! Definitely not trustworthy & has a huge attitude problem!
