Cox/​Dirks Architects, P.C. is a full service architectural firm with over 50 years of architectural service. We specialize in commercial architecture and have decades of experience in designing offices, shopping centers, restaurants, retail, medical, and religious buildings. With our registered architects, support staff and consultants, we feel that we can provide the professional services necessary to satisfy the requirements of today’s highly complex buildings and fulfill the need for functional and aesthetic excellence.

History

Established in 1960.

After graduating from Texas Tech University in 1953, Bill Cox spent a few years working under experienced Architects before he began his own practice in 1960. He provided a full range of architectural services in residential, commercial, public, religious, industrial, hotel, medical, and restoration projects. In 1972 James Dirks began working for Mr. Cox and in 1990 they partnered creating Cox/​Dirks Architects, P.C. Today, the business continues with the addition of Architects Jason Bush in 2008 and Michael Zimmerman in 2014.
