Bed Bath and Beyond

I always find myself coming in here when I’m in Lubbock for odd ins and outs. My awesome Simple Human trash an, little kitchen organizers, and today — my new Keurig machine. There are 3 things I love about this place. 1) they actually usually carry all of these things in store, and even if they don’t, they can get them for you in 2 days or so (which is great when you want to see something before buying it and actually taking it home with you). 2) when you sign up for their texts, they don’t spam your phone — however I do get a 20% off one item coupon every 6 weeks or so (that I can use in store or on their site — bonus points). 3) [the reason I am actually writing this review — for THIS location] every time I go here I love the people that work there. They are nice, helpful, and consistently leave me in a better mood than the one I came in with. It makes me actually prefer going into their store rather than go online… Or even better, reserve what I want online and pick it up in store the same day. :-)

Overly crowded isle make pushing a shopping cart next to impossible. BUT super friendly employees. The first ottoman I picked up had huge scratches on it but an employee volunteered to help me find another one and he did! I ended up with a scratchless ottoman and even scored a coupon.

Nudged in a shopping center across from the mall, the parking at this BBB is plentiful. You’ll find all the regular stuff at this location plus a little local flair items, like Tech gear and such.
Although it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving, staff members were easy to find and a few asked me if I had found what i needed. If they’re this great on a busy weekend, I can only imagine how helpful they are normally.
And if you’re looking for the bathrooms, go to the back right corner by the comforters. It took me three trips around the store to find it… and when you need to pee, the last thing you want to be doing is dodging grandmas and wine glass displays.
