Pizza Hazel

The food isn’t amazing, pretty standard mom and pop Mediterranean fare. But I’m giving 3 stars for their quick delivery.
The guy who answers the phone could work on his customer service, but I appreciate that they’re one of the few restaurants serving healthy meals /​salads late at night.

I order from here at least once a month. Always fast and the food is good. Tonight I ordered a cheeseburger dinner. The burger was a frozen patty, the bun was stale and there was 1 slice of bacon. The pinion rings were good at least. I’ve had better burgers at McDonald’s. Very unhappy.

The food is pretty good, I’ve ordered calzones, pizzas, salads, and different appetizers and never had a problem. I usually order online and you can get 2 one topping pizzas and 2 salads for $ 20, that’s a bargain!
The people there are usually friendly and I’ve never had a problem with any order. The only complaints I have are the cleanliness of the inside sometimes isn’t up to par and another thing is that sometimes it takes a while for me to get my food.

i have ordered from pizza hazel quite a few times, there salads are great and large with their portions, had delivery tonight and online ordering was a breeze aside from the delivery guy who was hesitant about climbing the stairs to my 3^rd floor apt not to mention who I tipped already from the online order slip… ordered a pizza which was a small … on the small side … meatlovers with a tad bit too much dough making for a thick pizza … sauce was a lil spicy as well as the meat toppings … sauce was good and cheese was only motzarella so it was kind of bland … id say the delivery was quick and food was decent … they need to add some flavor to the crust and shrink the thickness down and kick up the sauce then they’d have a boss pizza.
aside it was decent local and quick !

Pizza is good except I ordered delivery and the person didn’t have change which forced me to give him a large amount of extra money. I feel ripped off

Never ate here, and I would never because the one time I walked in there were flies everywhere and looked uncleanly. Pass.

This place is the best! Food is fresh and I love their delivery! They are good, quick, and fairly priced. Our whole company runs on this place for lunch, and we are never disappointed!

I ordered 2 large pizzas, a veggie and a house special. Both had crusts like cardboard. A refund was requested and accepted at first. Then I had a call and it was refused rudely. I do not expect customer complaints to be addressed with profanity!

Great food and delivery every time ! I’ve had their pizza, calzone, salads, quesadilla rolls, and dinners. They accidentally delivered the wrong calzone once and promptly brought me the correct one after I let them know. Their white rancho pizza is my favorite, try them out !

I order delivery from them quite frequently, and I haven’t been disappointed. Delivery is quick, and they’ve always gotten my order right.
They have excellent special deals. Online ordering is a plus.
One time, a friend of mine ordered chicken fingers and fries, and they forgot the fries. Instead of bringing the fries, they said they would give him free fries next time, which was disappointing, and why I gave ⁴⁄₅. However, I have ordered several times from them over the last few years, and have never had a problem, so I will assume that was likely a one-​time incident.
Much better than most take-​out pizza. The salads are fresh, and the wraps are excellent. There’s a lot of variety in the ingredient choices.

Pizza Hazel is my favorite pizza and sub shop in Lowell! Tried a lot of them and I keep going back to Pizza Hazel.
Very consistent, fast delivery, menu options are limitless. The ability to customize ANYTHING on the menu is very cool.
Their roll ups are the best. They use fresh Syrian bread (pita) and have so many options to fill it up, you’ll want to try a different concoction every time.
Their homemade chicken fingers, nuggets, and quesadillas are excellent.
I didn’t care for their pizza at first, but I started to tweak some of the recipes on the menu and got it so I enjoy their pizza very much. Again, the options you have to add or remove ingredients using their menu is great.
I’ve been ordering from them for 2 ½ years and they only made one mistake this whole time. They acknowledged the mistake and corrected it very fast.
Hope they stick around for a long time.

The owners are friends of my boss and this past Saturday decided to cater to our business (we are small, but they were sure to impress!)
They had a monstrous greek salad, several kinds of homemade fresh pizza, and a piping hot chicken ziti alfredo. At first, I didn’t want to gorge (even though they brought enough to feed our office and then some) but after we tasted it we all couldn’t get enough!
I HIGHLY recommend this place, based on the food alone, as I have never been to the restaurant, but the owners are also very nice people and are the type to do anything to make YOUR dining experience as great as mine. Though I live nowhere close to the Lowell area, I will certainly be going out of my way to stop by here every so often!

WORST PIZZA PLACE IN LOWELL!!! Me and My co-​worker order a salad and bbq chicken calzone and it was just horrible!!! the salad was soggy and gross along with me calling them right back for them to pick it back up and give me my money back. and they said no need that the owner will call back tomorrow and give your money back in full. and instead he threatened my work place and swore at me as well as yelling at me. I just can’t believe how i was treated. So in the end i never got dinner because i spent $ 34 on their food and never got anything in return.

Pizza Hazel is your local pizza joint that serves your typical pizza place stuff and them some. The menu is huge and includes combinations of many items that you could just ask for custom. The menu is a little too drawn out for my taste for a pizza joint. I have only dined in and have experienced the food delivered fresh and hot. It is located on the opposite end of town but have been satisfied enough that we have returned back several times.
I have ordered mainly pizza here, but do recall ordering other items as well. Reasonable prices, hot, fresh food, and great customer service has had us coming back. The folks running the place appear to be Portuguese or Brazilian and have always been down to Earth with us and friendly. Actual human-​to-​human contact goes a long way these days!
Wish it was located on the other side of the river so I could enjoy them more often.
Only downside is that we have been the only couple dining in, but that is no surprise considering the way the seating area looks. A couple of plasma TV’s cannot compensate the bars on the windows and the overall run down look inside. I understand it is Lowell, but this is not that bad of an area and the bars just kind of creep me out.
Overall, Pizza Hazel has won us over and will return in the future.

I love Pizza Hazel. They are wicked nice and delivery has always been fast fast for me. I love their pizza, the crust is good. Their grilled salmon salad is very good too. I got the steak tip avocado sour cream wrap and it was perfect. I definitely recommend them. Plus online ordering is convenient considering I hardly ever have cash on me. Dependable and fresh food!

I order delivery from here a lot. It’s not the fastest delivery, but they ALWAYS get my order right! I’ve had issues with other places in the area, and I appreciate that about this place. I’ve never eaten at the actual restaurant though.
I’ve ordered a lot of different things. Pizza and most of the appetizers (I love the potato skins!) are all great. I like the chicken fingers too. The only not so great thing I got was the steak tip dinner, but it wasn’t awful. The spicy fries are delicious!

Another solid order from Pizza Hazel. Ordered delivery, I got the fish and chips and boyfriend got the seafood plate. Delivery was super speedy, had our order well within half an hour. Everything tasted just as expected. The only thing I think could have been a little better is the breading on my fish; if it had been just a little crispier I think it would have been perfect, but it was still yummy.
Oh, and just a tip, if you order anything that comes with fries be sure to get the spicy fries. Waaaay better than the regular ones.

Mozzerella stiks should be eat after 3 min cooking, you have to eat when you are dining in, It is no way to keep hot until home,
Pizzas some times may overcook, however if you claim new one or money back we have a policy we do everything to make customer happy, if you do not ask we cannot do anything, sharing your experience with puplic do not save your 20 $ bucks.

Just ate there and had the mesclun salad with chicken. VERY fresh! I do so love that for a salad. Good mix of greens with tomato cucumber shredded carrot and red onion. Chicken was grilled, lightly herbed and somewhat shredded. Tender and plenty of it. Plenty of dressings to choose from. A total hit. My partner had the chicken tender dinner with fries and salad. FREASHly made tenders and chunky. crisp lightly spiced batter (there are several varieties to try) no industrial junk here. side salad fresh and fries done right. I picked up within ten minutes of ordering, but they do delivery and have online ordering! I was also impressed with the fact that the chicken in both dinners was not salty! I’d rather do that myself.
I’ll be going back for their pizza, subs and pita wraps in the near future. Then I’ll decide if they get the extra star, but so far so good.

Just went back. Got the meat lovers pizza. Yummy! Lots of flavour, plenty of meat. Good amount of cheese and just slightly browned. I could use a bit more sauce, but that is me. I’d swear you wouldn’t taste it anyway as the meat and cheese had enough on their own. Light soft crust. Side of chicken tenders, oh so good and lovely crisp batter somewhat like KFC just not so heavy. Classic Greek Salad-​fresh romaine with cukes, feta green olives tomato and greek dressing. Plenty of each and all top quality.
Just got my extra star!
