My front door lock jammed one night just when I arrived home with my kids. I couldn’t get in and called Mike after 6:00 pm. He changed his schedule and was at my door within ½ hour.
He had to drill out the lock, replace the door knob and even cleaned up my entranceway after he was done.
My night went from a disaster (with two kids waiting for dinner and outside in the dark) to normal within an hour.
Mike was great and I would highly recommend him!

My experience: Excellent customer service attitude and extensive technical knowledge. Call this locksmith!
I phoned on a Monday afternoon to schedule some door lock rekeying. Pleasantly surprised that the call was promptly and professionally answered by a real person rather than going to voicemail. Explained what I needed to have done, work appointment set up for Tuesday, the following morning, at 9am.
On Tuesday as previously promised, Customer service called at 8:45am to let me know that the locksmith was on his way. Michael, the owner, arrived as scheduled, completed all work expertly in an hour. I am completely pleased with every aspect of this service call and do not hesitate in recommending this locksmith to others.
