My Mom purchased a vehicle from Lannan with Trudy’s help in November, and I will definitely be coming back when my lease is up. A million thanks for all her hard work! She is a true asset to Lannan!

This is a review for their collision center. My car got rear ended and I brought it here for repairs. The staff were very nice and also answered all my questions. My car also needed an oil change and another repair unrelated to the accident and they took care of that as well. There was a lot of damage and although it took a lot longer to fix than I expected, when I picked up the car it was like brand new and they even cleaned and shined it up so nicely people were complimenting my super shiny car. They did a great job.

Employees are nice but MAN IS THE SERVICE TERRIBLE…
Had to schedule my oil change two weeks in advance, showed up for my 3:00pm apt. @ 2:45 and didn’t get out until 5:10… Over 2 hrs for an oil change. What’s the point of having an appointment? Also when I asked if I should be picked up I was assured that it would be quick…
Had a 5:30 dinner reservation for my anniversary that I had to cancel/​change because of this, a bit ridiculous.
If I ever come back, I’ll be dropping the truck off…

I love the ease of getting my oil changed there. Matt was so awesome!!! He went above and beyond for me, helped me get road paint off my truck. Only negative is whoever drove it backed in to something and scratched my bumper and failed to tell me (shocker). Hard not to notice on a black truck that I just had washed. DUH. It is easy to get repairs done there and close to my work so all good. I hope next time no one backs in to something again…

Jimmy T. was excellent! I was deciding between buying out my old lease or getting into a new lease. I explained what exactly I was looking for in terms of price and options and Jimmy did an excellent job of listening to me and trying to work to get me what I was looking for. This no nonsense approach is what allowed us to make a deal very quickly. I would certainly go back to Lannan and work with Jimmy again.

Another disappointing experience in the Service Dept.
I made an appt for a state inspection sticker, safety recall, and fix a broken cup holder on my Saturn. Showed up at 9am for my appt, was told like the prior time there was no one available that day to work on my vehicle, so instead of it being ready in a few hours, I was told it would be done the following afternoon. They gave me a free rental car, and I went to work. So far not too bad, and the service rep was genuinely apologetic and professional.
They called later that day and said it would cost nearly $ 300 to fix the cup holder, so I declined that work as I figured the parts are likely available online for much less. Again, positive points for calling rather than charge an exorbitant rate for a simple part.
Next afternoon they call me and say the car is ready to be picked up. Show up and they tell me more bad news. Techs did the recall work first & did a code reset, even though no codes were tripped. Code reset means automatically fail MA inspection because the fields all cleared and require time/​miles to repopulate. Why they didn’t do the inspection first before clearing codes is baffling. So now I have to come back a third time to get inspection redone.
Also, they charged me $ 17 for labor to tell me the cup holder was broken. This is the same cup holder that GM has redesigned a half dozen times because they use flimsy plastic instead of metal, and the breakage rate is near 100% according to GM online forums. They said if they car was under warranty it would have been covered, which is laughable because when I brought it in last time when it was still under warranty they refused to honor the warranty, or any other parts of the car that were under warranty. The replacement cup holder is available online for $ 125 with approximately 5 – 10 minutes of labor required to unscrew 2 screws, pull out old unit, and screw the new one back in.
They get one bonus point for offering a free oil change in the future for the inconvenience (s). Days like these I miss Saturn’s legendary customer service, nothing like this EVER happened (twice) before they got sucked into GM.

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe from this dealership. This may have been the best new car purchasing experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. The salesman Tony was extremely knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions. Negotiating to a price that I was very happy with was seamless and non stressful. I highly recommend this dealership if your looking for for great customer service at a dealership that feels like a family business and not like the huge chain dealership.

I will preface this by saying how stupid i am. I ignored the Chevy recall notices that peppered my mail box. However, last night at 5pm (9÷11÷14) I turned my car off and it kept on going. I removed my key and it kept on going. I started driving with the key out and it kept on going. I called my original dealer (MacMulkin in Nashua) who said yes they can fix it, but it takes one month for the parts to come in and they had no way to turn off my car now. So i google chevy deallers and found Lannan.
I called at 515 and askef for servie. I got Danielle who told me to bring it down and she would arainge for a rental. It is all going on GM’s tab. We got there, Enterprise picked me up, gave us a car and at 515 today (9÷12÷14) i had the car back at no charge. Danielle even offered to drive me personally to Enterprise if they could not get me.
That is service.

My engine light came on as I left for a weekend three states away. it was late, close to 6 when I called the dealership. Kevin Brown answered my call and we talked about the possibilities of what the engine light meant and that as long as it was steady it would be ok to drive for the weekend. We felt it might be the gas cap vacuume sensor and he clearly explained to me that it might take some time to clear itself, but that at any time I wanted, to come to the dealership. the light cleared itself within a day and I was happy. The light reappeared a week later. I called Kevin and he was able to have me come right in. It turned out to be an engine sensor and no parts were in stock but Danielle set me up with a free rental quickly and with courtesy, professionalism and enthusiasm! I also encountered Miles who recognized me from a previous visit, it was nice to have that interaction — that someone remembered me, that I was not just another face in the crowd. The car was fixed swiftly, with a great wash job and I picked it up when it was convenient for me — after hours, that was a huge help, as I work a distance from my home (near the dealership) The entire staff was friendly and professional. It was clear they enjoyed their work and it showed. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost of the oil change AND tire rotation — I will definitely be back for that! Kudos to Kevin and his entire staff for their help and expertise!

I have had my 2012 Chevrolet Sonic LT serviced at Lannan Chevrolet twice. (It was purchased from another dealership.) The first time, what we expected to be a quick fix for the check engine light turned out to be a full week of service. Lannan put me into a rental car and the manager called me every couple of days to let me know how the repairs were going and what was being done. When I got my car back a week later, it was running like new! They put in a lot of man hours into fixing my car. Unfortunately, due to issues with the Chevy Sonic, I had to have it in for repairs again this last week. I told the GM that I had to be at work by 11, which meant that I needed the car ready by 10am. At ten minutes of ten, the keys were in my hand and I was on my way to work. I chose to sell the car right after these repairs and my dealership was very impressed with the upkeep that Lannan Chevrolet did on my car. I will continue to have my new Chevrolet serviced at Lannan whenever necessary.

Despite not purchasing anything (I will be in a few months) I will say that this is a no BS environment, no pushy sales people, and a great place to shop or look around. Great business model that other dealers should follow.

STAY AWAY!!! The service manager at this place is very rude, unprofessional, dishonest, and unwilling to admit his mistake. I brought my car here to fix an electrical problem and they convinced me I needed a catalytic converter. $ 1300 later still had the electrical problem. Another $ 300 to replace the ignition. I filed complaints with Atty General, BBB, and Chevy Corporate. Service manager did not tell the truth to any of these people. I give them negative 5stars.

Only gave one star because there was no choice for zero stars. Bought a NEW Silverado here and had ongoing, intermittent electrical problems with it. Towed to the dealer three times in the first 6 – 8 months. They couldn’t figure out the problem, I couldn’t get Lemon Law protection because I would have had to leave the truck with them as long as it took for the problem to reveal itself while with them — without them having to provide alternate transportation. Already making payments on a brand new truck — can’t afford to pay for a rental, too! Seriously?! Left a message for service this past Tuesday at 5:40 PM. The person who took the message said someone would get right back to me. It’s now Saturday at 9:45 AM and still no return call. Customer service is certainly not a priority for them. Will never step foot on their lot or in their service department again.

Bought my Equinox here and all I will say is that I will never purchase a car from this dealership again. Have had significant problems with the navigation on my brand new car and every time I go to the service department, the service manager sees me and throws his hands up and says «I don’t know anything about navigation» ! This is the SERVICE MANAGER no less. The program has never worked correctly since I drove out of the showroom and Lannan continually tells me that Mrs. Lannan doesn’t have a problem with hers. Just be prepared for no one acting responsible or professional should you decide this is your only choice.

I bought a car about 3 yrs ago from Lannan and now that it’s time to get another. So, my first stop was back to Lannan, this time, to the Lowell location. I was able to walk around the lot and have a look at all the cars and then when I went inside a man named Jim was super nice and got me some pricing. We also went for a test ride for the vehicle. He wasnt pushy, sneaky or salesy which I really liked. He was very numbers oriented which I also really liked. When we sat down to talk about the packages for the vehile instead of just pushing useless options he actually showed me the breakdown of what I’d get etc. After going to Lannan, that day, I wanted to shop around MA and see what other Chevy dealerships were like pricewise. Just a heads up-​might as well save your time and money and stick with Lannan. Ill be purchasing the new car in the next few weeks from them. Good customer service and really knowledgeable/​understanding. Also, good pricing. So really nothing bad to say at all

Avoid this place like the plague! Very unprofessional and extremely dishonest. Don’t waste hours of your time here. I had found a car and after hours of waiting in the office, signing papers, and giving them the title to our trade-​in, we made plans to come in on the weekend to pick up the car. Our salesman Jean texted/​called me at all hours threatening he was going to sell the car if we could not come ASAP.
At this point the car was not worth the trouble that Jean and the dealership were causing. We ended up not only digging up some dirt on the over priced used car, but we found a better deal elsewhere that same weekend, paid in cash, and drove away in our new car the same day. I also got a better offer on my trade-​in.
