Harris Limousine

Initially a little disappointed, but ended up being a great experience. I was quoted a price of $ 499, for the first 6 hours of our night out. When I called to confirm on the e-​mail confirmation I never received I was told someone messed up, and that the price was supposed to be $ 699. I kept hearing that they were sorry, but this is the price.
Then a week before everything went down I spoke with the manager, and she was very fair, and we came to a reasonable price. Wasn’t what I was quoted, but I’m a reasonable guy, and it was still overall a good deal.
The experience itself was great. Our driver was Jason. One of us couldn’t get into the club, and Jason drove him home no problem, there was a lighting issue with the limo, Jason switched out the limo. He also picked up ice for us at the store for our drinks. He was there when we needed him, and most importantly a great driver.
Overall a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

I purchased a Groupon for a roundtrip to Logan and it stated that they would provide service within a 25 mile radius from Logan. They even stated in the Q&A that they would provide service to Quincy. When I called to book a pickup, they told me I would have to call Groupon to receive a refund because Quincy isn’t in the pickup zone. They said that they would honor the Groupon price that I paid and told me that the Groupon was only provided within the Lowell area. So that was a little strange but that didn’t matter. The day before my flight, a woman called to confirm pickup time and location and told me that gratuity is usually 20% and that it should be for retail price of the cost and not the Groupon cost. I’m like whatever, I’ll tip based on what I feel like tipping. I ended up tipping $ 15 each way. Had a woman pick us up in an older silver Towncar but it was ok and not filthy. I had an issue on the pick up at Logan. Went to terminal E where the limo stands were and couldn’t find our limo driver. Called to see where they were and they tell me he’s 5 – 10 mins away. Pickup was suppose to be at 5:45pm (when we landed) but with picking up the bag and walking all the way to Terminal E, they still weren’t there when I arrived at 6:15. I guess I was one of the lucky ones who didn’t have to wait TOO long or having them not show up at all. I’m not sure if I’ll use them again. Taxi service would be around the price as a Groupon but at least I know I won’t be waiting or being late to catch a flight.

Unreliable liars. We booked round trip service for a flight out of Logan. The ride down was fine. It was a 3 AM pickup so we were impressed they were early and it worked out fine.
The way home was a different story. We were supposed to get picked up at 5:30 PM on a Sunday evening. Of course the driver is no where to be found. We call and get voice mail. We call again and are told our driver Jessica is stuck in traffic, implying an imminent arrival. Yet another call is placed 30 minutes later. We get put on hold for 5 minutes, told they’ll get an ETA and call back in 2 minutes. 16 minutes pass w/​no call, so we call again and are told 3 drivers are stuck in traffic but we can get the first one that arrives.
Finally our originally scheduled driver Jessica 7:15 shows up. She immediately apologizes because she was double booked for Braintree at 5:15. There was no «traffic» as the dispatcher lied about several times. Come on, it was Sunday evening– the easiest traffic time of the week– so it was an obvious lie. The driver had hip hop music blasting and a child seat in the back (there were 4 of us and no children), adding to our annoyance. Not sure why we had to ask for the blaring, obnoxious music to be turned down, but we did and she complied.
The worst part is, if they had just been honest and said we accidentally overbooked, i would have gotten a beer instead of waiting in the cold stewing about their crappy service. Now, I will never use them again. Additionally, they couldn’t be bothered to return any calls about this in the last 2 weeks.
As others have said– LOW CLASS. Avoid.

Bought a Groupon for round trip service. Called to make a reservation and the girl was very short with me and said they no longer do business with Groupon. Had to call Groupon to get a refund, and the woman said that they have had multiple complaints from Harris.
Avoid these jokers. I wouldn’t buy the Unilocal deal because they seem to be very untrustworthy.

NEVER SHOWED UP! Never call to apologize. We almost lost our flight. When I call to know what happened, the woman on the phone (not professional at all), just told me the driver never woke up… really??? I do not recommend their service to anyone.

We found Harris Limo on Groupon, and we decided to use them for our upcoming trip. We were very happy with the quality of service we received! They picked us up a couple minutes before our requested pick up time, here in Concord, MA for a smooth ride to Logan. On our return we were greeted at the sidewalk exactly where the dispatch person told us, the gentleman greeted us and helped with our bags. Very nice drivers, very nice and clean vehicles for both trips! We would recommend them to anyone! They will be our drivers for all our trips! Thank you Harris Limousine!

Update — I did not receive any compensation, nor a call back. I wrote a letter requesting compensation and have not heard back on that either. Do not use, very unprofessional!

Avoid! I purchased a Groupon that stated, «Round-​Trip Airport Transportation for up to 4 Passengers in an SUV to either Boston Logan or Manchester NH (a $ 320 value)». This was about 7 months ago, and the groupon still had 4 months of validity on it.
I called to utilize the Groupon and the representative kept arguing with me:
1) The Groupon you purchased was not for an SUV, only for a town car.
2) We can only take 3 passengers max, not 4
3) And, we can only go to Boston Logan and not Manchester NH.
She then did some more research and realized that what she was reading was from the newly issued Groupons (which I didn’t have)… Mine was one of the older ones, but still valid for several more months. She then goes on to tell me that Harris was losing to much money so they can’t honor my Groupon!
I was flabbergasted. So, I called up Groupon customer service and told them the whole story. They gladly refunded my money.
Talk about bad customer service, ill will, and breaking contractual committments. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible. Used them once through Social Living. Not so Great. Could complain more about that, but my real issue is. I called them to see if they would be running the same special in the future. I figured it was cheap and you get what you pay for. right? WELL, when I called them a woman who answered the phone had expained to me that they could give me the same deal. «I can do that for you» I said great. Gave her my card info, made the reservation for a pick up and drop off to Logan Airport. Then I get a call about an hour later from another woman and she said they can not do that and that the other girl made a mistake. I proceeded to say «well that’s not my mistake & it should be honored» She then became very rude and defensive. I used another Limo service in the area & paid a little more. I refused to give Harris my business. When I explained to the other company what had happened, they knew exactly who I was talking about. I would not recommend them!

I used them for round trip trans. to Logan. They arrived on time at my home and were waiting for me at Logan. The cars are nice and clean.

I saw the LivingSocial deal and with a trip to Vegas in my near future, I jumped on it. I lived outside their service coverage area, so I arranged to get picked up at my office. The driver to the airport was early, but waited patiently until I got to the office. Outside of a few more «colorful» opinions (and language) on my drive in, the ride was uneventful.
My ride home earned the rating upgrade… and the effort to even bother writing a review. I had an «Undercover Boss» experience. Jason, the owner picked me up. I had never met him prior to then, so I had no way of knowing I had the owner in my car. He uses a ‘nickname’ while driving. Jason is awesome — he takes customer service seriously and truly values his business. He goes out and does client runs to make sure we, the clients, are having a good experience. He says even the ‘bad reviews’ are good for him — they pinpoint areas where he needs to improve and can address them. (That being said, I’m sure my first driver has already had a ‘talking to’ about his language.)
He genuinely cares about his business and is dedicated to delivering a great service to his customers. I try to support small, local businesses… and this one is highly worthy of the support.

Bought a groupon for Harris Limo to pick me up at the airport at 8:30pm. Once I boarded the plane I found out we were arriving an hour early. I called Harris from the plane to give them the heads up. The lady on the phone told me they track the flight & I wouldn’t have a problem. Once I landed, I called Harris as instructed. They told me my driver would pick me up at depatures at Terminal E. I found this strange. I had to call Harris multiple times because my driver was no where to be found & each time I confirmed the pick up location with the lady on the phone. Needless to say my driver called me and I was in the wrong pick up location. Harris limo has no clue what they are doing. I have taken a car service my husband uses and have never had a problem. Wish I never bought the groupon!

HORRIBLE! Bought a Groupon for round-​trip transportation to the airport. In the Groupon Q&A, Harris specifically stated that their were no additional fees for early morning pick-​up and that the only additional fee was a gratuity. When I tried to book the reservation, they told me I had to pay $ 10 for an early morning pick-​up and that the «gratuity» was $ 72! The people I dealt with on the phone were unbelievably unprofessional, rude and obnoxious. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused. I asked for the owner’s name and they refused to give it to me. Ended up getting a refund from Groupon.

We booked a limo-​bus for a Saturday night Bachelorette Party. First of all, when the company was contacted, we were directed to their website to view their fleet. We opted to rent a mini-​party bus. According to the picture on their website, the inside of this mini party bus looked just liked the inside of a limo. Long seats along the sides, plenty of room to walk, disco lights, etc. Well… when the mini party bus arrived, the outside of the bus looked just like the pic of their website– thats when the similarities ended. Upon our surprise, the inside looked like a school bus! With 7 bench seats… all facing forward. No beautiful running lights, air conditioning did not work well… and the bus ran rough. Felt like I was in 8^th grade again. Horrible! They pulled the old bait-​n-​switch. DO NOT fall for the pic on their website. The inside on the limos look NOTHING like what you will get. Its hard to complain and ask for a different party bus when you have 10-​girls waiting, with a reservation for dinner awaiting us. So, we opted to load onto the (what looks like) city bus and made the best of it. The pics on their website show this beautiful limo-​style bus. It is DEFINITELY NOT!
