These cock suckers patrol Lowell like they own the joint. They tow cars sometimes without even getting out of their vehicle. Just slammed it in reverse and drag it out. They towed a car owned by a flooring salesman who came to show me a sample for 20 minutes. We tried calling them 10x over an hours time and they never picked up at 844pm on a Tuesday. Just assholes who feel entitled. You drive a tow truck dude! Never again.

This company is ruthless and unprofessional. They towed my car, from an area that is not marked as illegal to park — NO signs — but chose not to tow a car parked in the same area. The dispatcher’s excuse was ‘the owner of that vehicle always parks illegally but comes out when we show up”. When I called back to tell them that I had my three year old child with me, on an 18 degree night, and had no money with me, he told me there was nothing they could do. When I replied they could easily allow me to just take the car home, he hung up on me and refused to take my FOUR subsequent calls! When I called back from a friend’s cell phone the Gulbicki’s employee answered the phone «WHO IS THIS»? He agreed at that point to knock $ 40 off the price off the $ 140 tow. When we showed up to pick up the car, the tow truck driver reeked of alcohol. Great, a tow truck driver who is drunk driving. Real nice job, Gulbicki’s!!!

Extremely unprofessional. They do not keep someone on staff at their lot so if you try to pick up a vehicle you will have to wait until one of their drivers shows up. I was told to wait 40 minutes before someone would be there. An hour later I call up asking where the driver is and I was told he would «get there when he gets there» and hung up on.

These guys are great. After college kids and idiot neighbors park in my deeded parking spaces the first 10 times it got old really fast. These guys rush over and remove the vehicles inconveniencing me. When people disregard the clearly posted resident only parking signs the $ 160 impound/​tow fee definitely gets the message across and I never see the same car twice.

The number of times that these guys have been responsive to people parking in my reserved spots is great. they have always been courteous, and when my girlfriend parked in my spot (with out my tag) they towed her, but they where very helpful and granted i was a bit angry, but they are just doing their job.
for the idiots that complain, if you parked in spots that you do not pay for, tough luck!

Thank you for towing my car at my own apartment with my wallet and a friends car keys still inside of my car. I’m so excited to pay over $ 300 to get my car that is a HALF MILE AWAY FROM MY HOME. Merry Christmas to me!
