History

Established in 1986.

Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling was originally started by Bud Anderson and his wife who retired in 2006 and moved to San Antonio, Texas.

Three of the initial employees and technicians purchased the company and since have worked to grow the company and improve customer satisfaction to better serve the Northwest Arkansas area.

In 2008 we moved our offices a more central and convenient location in Lowell. Since establishment we have doubled the number of employees and continually look for ways to evolve customer service while growing with the Northwest Arkansas area to provide entire home comfort solutions.

Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling has always been there when we needed them. First started using them when we had a problem with our heat pump during the Summer, and the company we had a maintenance contract with couldn’t come out for about a week, leaving us without air conditioning. Bud sent a representative out that day and had us fixed in less than an hour.
Devaan, our tech this morning, performed in the same courteous, quick, professional way we’ve come to expect from Bud Anderson. I’d strongly recommend Devaan, and Bud Anderson, to anyone.

I’ve had good experiences with other companies, but Bud Anderson over delivers every time rather it be planned maintenance or a late night emergency. Gerson was a great tech! Very thorough and very customer oriented! Of course the office staff is great too for setting up appointments that accommodate the homeowner! I have used Bud Anderson since 2008 and they have done an excellent job every time! Had to use in an emergency situation regarding my AC unit and the tech came at 11:30 pm to get it fixed!

Since my landlord signed up for the gold package that includes two system check ups per year, I have had no problems whatsoever.
My system is 12 years old. And Bud Anderson has kept it running at very little cost and with very few necessary repairs.

I have had to call Bud Anderson Many times over the past few years. It never seems to fail that my older unit keeps having pesky issues. My last occurance happened on a Sunday evening. My air went out and my house became very hot, very fast. I decided to use Bud anderson site to schedule an appointment for the next day. I recieved a call back within 5 minutes to discuss the issue and set up an appointment.
Nathan was my last rep to service my unit, and i was very pleased by his speed and professionalism. He determined the root issues, quoted me the prices, and told me what i saved by being a GOLD member. I gave him the OK to procced, and he got right to fixing my unit. (Nothing worse than a chatty cathy service tech who wants to become your best friend while you are on a lunch break getting a service call done).
My air running great, and im chillin’ like an eskimo.

My a/​c was not working and I call based on the Unilocal reviews and got the grate service I was expecting for the reviews. They were very friendly and easy to deal with. From the first call through the 2 visits needed to fix our furnace the service and respect shown by everyone involved is excellent.
Lets face it, no one likes to pay out for repairs or replacement on our heating or ac equipment but it happens. If you do have to at least you can deal with honest, reliable and quick to respond company.
Extra kudos for Eyyan as he researched and discovered that our unit was under warranty saving us half of the initial visits quote. Having little information about the unit upon purchase of our home it was an extra only an honest company would provide.
