JavaMania is a small batch, artisan roaster, using only the finest Arabica coffee beans. Our coffees are roasted in small batches and shipped within hours of being roasted.

In addition to JavaMania Coffee, we also carry commercial brewing and espresso equipment, teas, syrups, Ghirardelli sauces, smoothie products, small wares, biodegradable cups and lids, and other related products for your coffee shop or home.

JavaMania Coffee Roastery offers a variety of single origin and blends, fair trade organics, private blends and flavored coffees, including some decaffeinated varieties.

We carefully select only the finest high grown Arabica beans from around the world. We then roast our coffees daily with the utmost attention to quality. Correct roasting is an art form that we’ve perfected… a balance of time and temperature.

History

Established in 1996.

JavaMania Coffee Roastery was founded in 1996 out of a passion for the highest quality and freshest cup of coffee. We wanted to provide the world’s finest coffees fresh from our roaster directly to businesses and people that are as passionate about coffee as we are. We discovered that we weren’t alone in our quest for the freshest coffee and consistent quality in the cup.

Each batch of coffee is roasted in a small batch fluid-​bed roaster and is heated through a bed of hot air, providing a uniform roast throughout the bean. As a result of this process, each batch of coffee acquires an incredible dimension of flavor and aroma. JavaMania coffee is roasted to order then packaged to maintain peak freshness and flavor-​coffees are shipped to customers within hours of roasting! Coffee is at its finest when brewed within two weeks of roasting.
