The Frontier Community Coalition is made of individuals, organizations and agencies that envision and empower communities by promoting physical, emotional, educational, psychological and spiritual well-​being, and we encourage a substance abuse free lifestyle. History

Established in 2001.

Coalition members began working as an official coalition in 2001, but the groundwork began in 1983 with the development of the Juvenile Probation Committee. The Coalition was a natural outgrowth of the Juvenile Probation Committee. Additionally, the strong desire of community members to make youth and families a priority has helped to strengthen the Coalition.

Manager

Jeffrey Munk has been the Director of the Frontier Community Coalition for 6 years. He is passionate about the work the coalition does in the three counties it covers, Humboldt, Lander and Pershing.
