I called for the price options on new tires. Nothing fancy, just tires. I was quoted just under $ 40 for one tire, balanced. Sounds good I told them I’ll be by to pick up 2 of them. Not sure why but when they heard 2 tires they went back to the adding machine and was then quoted just over $ 120. I reminded them they just said it was less than $ 40 for one tire. Well that’s what it will cost, do you want them or not?
What I want is for math to make sense.

So I came in here yesterday with a unique problem that another tire shop swore their tires they sold me were fine after another trusted shop in Boulder claimed they had problems. I explained my situation and found out they happen to also carry the same tire here. They used their Road Force specialized tire balance machine to verify indeed there was issues. The owner gave me a first hand look on the machine what they found and told me they would warranty it out there if I still had problems. After the horrible experience with Family Tire claiming there was nothing wrong and now seeing first hand they were wrong– for this place to offer to warranty out a tire they did not even sell me we was truly top notch service. Highly recommend this place and the true professionals that work in here.

Really helpful staff my brother had a bolt in his tire we took it to a different tire shop near this one an we waited a hour and a half for them to tell us it was unpatchable but the could sell us 2 for $ 650 an they will be in tomorrow lol so we had the put on the spare an drove to t&t 20 minutes later we had are tire fixed for 15 buck thanks guys

Sorry guys. I really liked this place at first but my last experience really pissed me off…
My first experience with TnT tire was really good. My second? Not so much.
First time I went here I had just bought my wife a car that had out of balance tires. Took it here and they re balanced the tires quickly and got me on my way. No issues so far…
My most recent experience I bought myself a car and I was calling around to tire shops trying to find a matching pair of tires. The car is AWD and needs matching tires and had 2 bad ones and 2 good ones. TnT was the only place I found that day that could get the tires. So for $ 145 a tire I had them order them for me and put them on the next day as well as balance the back two tires as well. I asked during the wait if they would do rotations for me and they told me no because I only bought 2 tires there not 4. This was a little off putting but whatever. As soon as I left the store and got up to 60 Mph I noticed a shake in my steering wheel. Took the car back to them and asked for them to re balance the tires. They agreed to do so but talked down to me and acted like there probably wasn’t anything wrong and told me a story about how this was a cheap tire and that because my car has aluminum wheels that you can’t always balance tires perfectly on them. I knew this was BS because I have an automotive background but I had them do the re balance anyways. When I got the car back it had the same issue. I am not sure if they even re balanced the tires or not. I ended up taking the car to another tire shop down in Thornton by my work and paying to have the tires balanced there and now I have no shake whatsoever. I also asked the shop in Thornton if they could have gotten the tires for me and they said yes and that they would have been $ 112 a tire, so T&T really overcharged me for the 2 tires.
And the final straw…
I ordered all the parts for my car to replace the rear brakes as it was time. When I went to break the wheel lugs loose I couldn’t do it with my electric impact wrench that is rated at 140 ft lbs. I pulled out my torque wrench and finally broke the lugs loose at 136 ft lbs. Guessing the battery on my impact wasn’t fully charged. The torque specs for my lugs are 88.5 ft lbs, or 102 ft lbs for security. There are one of 2 scenarios here. Either T&T tire way over tightened my rear lug nuts, or they were over tightened from the previous owner and T&T never bothered to re balance the rear tires even though I paid for it and have the paperwork to prove it. Either way they really messed up. I am now trying to decide if I should replace the lugs at $ 26 apiece because they could be stretched from being over tightened and cause safety concerns.
Either way T&T tire has lost me as a customer and I will never be taking my car to them again as they have proven that they cannot be trusted and will straight up lie and talk down to the customer if they question them in any way. I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because I did have one positive experience and I am sure many others have as well as long as everything went smoothly. Either way I hope you will thoroughly read through my review and agree that they probably aren’t the best place to do business. Tires are a very competitive market and there are lots of other options.

This is the most professional auto shop I have been to. I needed to get tires swapped for the change of seasons, rotors and pads replaced, and a tune up. They were very friendly and my total cost came in less than they quoted. My car drove like new when I left. So glad to have found an honest and affordable place for our vehicles!

After complaining that a custom black rim was ruined with a tire application, the owner Ron literally called me a worthless piece of shit and told me to come fight him over the phone. Obviously these people have no idea how to avoid a simple scratch on a custom rim nor do they know how to be responsible business owners. Threatening customers? This place is a joke I recommend not going there

I will never go anywhere else. They are by far the best tire service in northern colorado.

I bought a set of new tires here and their prices were good, and the service was great and quick.

I decided to come down to T & T after receiving less than satisfactory customer service at Big O tires in Estes Park. I’m came here based on other reviews and I’m glad I did. Customer service was superb, I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, and it was also a pleasant place to hang while I waited for my car (spacious, complementary popcorn, ice cream and coffee). I’ll be happy to give these guys my service during the rest of my time in CO!

I came here after blowing out a tire. They were honest and told me they didn’t have a used one in my brand, and I could either get 4 new ones or go to Big O (where my tires were from originally). I stuck with them and they gave me fair pricing.
I returned when my check engine light came on, flashing for a new catalytic converter. They checked it out for a day — even gave me a loaner car. I was told it was coming on bc I had an after market one on it — however everything was actually working just fine. I really appreciate their honest service. I will be returning later this year to get a new catalytic converter put on — that won’t trigger my engine light! They didn’t charge me a cent for diagnosing or borrowing their car for a day.
They are always friendly, accommodating, and take the time to explain what is really happening with your car. Top notch service.

This is the best run tire/​repair shop in town. Everyone there is extremely friendly and prices are fair. They will fix your flats for free if you get your tires there and dont forget free ice cream :)
Honestly the best shop in town and they will never try to inflate their charges. Its the only place I’ll go in town!

They didn’t have the tire I wanted but said it would be on tomorrows truck around noon. Sure enough, they mounted balanced tossed the old tires and even put the E-​jack and the donut back in it’d hiding place.
And did all this FAST!
Staff was helpful and friendly and I’ll definitely be goin’ back.

I was referred to the T&T Tire in Fort Collins by the salesperson at Toyota who brought his cars their for tire maintenance.
When the Fort Collins store closed down, I went to the Loveland store.
They did fantastic job and never had my tires so aligned and riding well. #1 for tires in my opinion. They lent me a car to drive downtown for a meal while the work was been done. Down home place that are tire experts. They also do maintenance like shocks and oil changes. I asked them to check out my shocks and they did and said I didn’t need it changed yet, unlike the dealer Spradly Mazda (
) in Fort Collins that was trying to get me to do unneeded service work. They have a certified Isuzu Mechanic at that time on their staff several years ago (not sure if that mechanic still there).
