The Law Office of Mitch Tacy was first established and located in the Town of Berthoud, Colorado. There was a lot of demand to represent clients in medium to high conflict divorce and custody situations — yet a very small number of attorneys willing to take on these cases. After 10 years in Berthoud, Mitch Tacy, Attorney, established offices in Loveland and Fort Collins to better serve the Northern Colorado area.

Mitch Tacy, Attorney, provides services in the areas of family law (divorce and custody), mediation, and unbundled services for those unable to afford a retainer. We also handle all general practice and litigation matters — including estate planning and litigation, probate, small business, and real estate matters.

Mitch grew up in the Albany area of New York. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Labor Relations and earned his Law Degree from Albany Law School. He lives in Fort Collins with his wife Dorian Ryan and their sons Connor and James Tacy.
