Welcome to Johnson Orthodontics! Dr. Johnson is a board certified orthodontic specialist serving the greater area of Cincinnati, Ohio. Specifically, our offices are located in the north in Mason, Ohio, in the northeast in Loveland, Ohio, and in Cincinnati’s east side in the Withamsville area. Our mission is to provide you with the highest quality orthodontic care in a friendly, fun, and relaxing atmosphere. Our practice utilizes some of the latest technological advances in orthodontics: clear ceramic braces, Invisalign® and similar clear removable plastic aligners, low friction self ligating braces such as Damon®. In addition, we utilize digital radiographic imaging and computer imaging to ensure you receive the highest standard of care possible. At Johnson Orthodontics we treat a wide range of patients from elementary school age children to senior citizens, from basic orthodontic cases to complex surgical jaw deformity cases. History

Established in 2008.

Dr. Johnson took over the long-​standing practice of Dr. Daniel Dever, who retired in 2008. Prior to 2008, Dr. Johnson was an orthodontist in the United States Navy, including assignments at the US Naval Academy and the Naval hospital in Naples, Italy. Dr. Johnson is a recipient of the Naval and Marine Corps achievement medal.

Dr. Johnson is a Cincinnati native who graduated magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in mathematics. While attending the University of Cincinnati, he was awarded the Harry S. Kieval Scholarship in mathematics. Upon graduation, Dr. Johnson attended Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago on a full academic scholarship from the United States Navy. Dr. Johnson graduated at the top of his class at Northwestern and was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a national dental academic honor society. Upon graduation, Dr. Johnson received a commission as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. After graduation, Dr. Johnson attended the orthodontic residency program at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. After completion of his orthodontic residency, Dr. Johnson served as the staff orthodontist at the United States Naval Hospital in Naples, Italy for several years; and thereafter at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis.
