Yes, there are a lot of long-​term residents here, but the people are friendly, there’s a dog run, and it’s been safe, affordable, and I’ve been able to find my things just where I left it when they were accidentally left out. It might not be the best at just vacationing, but it’s been awesome to stay for a bit. I find the inhabitants are frugal friendly people from out of state who would rather own than rent and save the rest. There are a few people who are here to vacation and it’s pretty close to Loveland and Estee Park. I love it.

This is not an RV Park, it is a trailer park with. Most spaces taken by permanent trailers. Żit is very unsightly with primative home made skirting a of untainted plywood, blue tarps, and whatever materials they can find. IT’s a crime against the rv world to claim being an RV Park. You’ll want to skip this omen. Bob
