History

Established in 2004.

Henry’s Pub was founded in 2004 by two friends that had many years of experience working in food and beverage industries. From dish washing, cooking, bartending, serving and managing we have done it all. We took aspects from restaurants that we worked at or patronized and made them our own. We wanted to share our love for good food and good drinks with the community, offering a good meal and a good drink at a fair price.

I have worked in the restaurant industry since the age of 16 and I am now 45. I have done everything from dish washing, hosting, cooking, serving and bartending to 5 years of beverage sales to restaurants.

I have a passion for good food and for good drinks. I am at the restaurant many hours a week and sample the food and beverages to make sure that they are up to my high standards.
