Manager

Executive Chef /​Manager/​Caterer & Kitchen Goddess is my title. — I have always wanted to be a Chef, going back to when I was 7, I went to CIA, Culinary Instute of America– Hyde Park New York and graduated with Honors in 1990, I have been a private chef, as well as working in hotels, resturants and in the Business and Industry of food service. I opened the café in 2004, and could not picture myself anywhere else.
