Loved it! Limited seating room. The sampler is the best if you don’t know what you want.

Loved the ambience here, and the cider itself was good. We got a flight so we could taste everything. As some people have remarked, the cranberry could use some more cranberry, but everything was tasty. We got a tankard (?) of the lemon peel cider to go, and while my boyfriend drank all of it before I could get to it (thanks, boo), the potential for deliciousness was totally there.

While this place is connected to Beaver Brewery, don’t let that fool you. You can’t take cider into the brewery or bring beer into the cidery. Apparently the cider side has a ‘winery’ license which doesn’t allow the drinking of beer inside. So if you come with friends, you’ll have to split up depending on who will be drinking beer or cider.
The cider was pretty good. Low in sugar, high in ABV, but when we drank the taster of the 10 ciders on tap, the flavored ones left something to be desired. I don’t like sweet cider, but I would have enjoyed a bit more flavor out of the orange or lemon or even the cranberry. It’s worth a try if you are in town and like cider!

The ciders were smooth and had high ABV, which was a positive, plus the fact that there were many flavors on tap. The atmosphere however had no pizzaz, and the brewery next door seemed to drown out the quietness of this cider house. Great place to try, no doubt!

I went there for ‘Beaver Beer’, but as predicted by others, the products left something to be desired. The best that could be said of some of their ales is that they were drinkable; the best that could be said of their ciders is that they need some work (it’s as if they couldn’t decide to make a sparkling wine or a hard cider and split the difference by dumping a bunch of sulfites into a beer).

Holy smokes this place is amazing! I happened to be in the Loveland area last week and was blown away by this small cidery in a seemingly inconspicuous location. After going to the Big Beaver brewery connected my GF and I decided to walk up to the front and check out what they had for ciders at Blown Spoke. Good lord we were blown away!
I have to preface that I am by no means an avid cider drinker and would prefer a beer at any time, but I’m open minded and can walk on the cider side sometimes. That being said, it didn’t take me long to find a couple of the 10 ciders they had on tap very enjoyable. We had a taster of each and then enjoyed a 10oz pour of the 2 we enjoyed most. I personally enjoyed the Cyser the best (we ended up buying 32oz growler of this). Along with this I also really liked a beer yeast cider made from Scottish Ale Yeast — it was fantastic! Along with the good drinks, the gal (KatiLyn) serving up the drinks was a delight. She was very knowledgeable and let us sit up at the bar, yaking away and asking an array of questions.
I highly recommend anyone in the Fort Collins or Loveland area to make your way over here. It’s a definite must stop for anyone who is looking for something a little different than the norm. For the Denver folks, make a day trip and add them to your stop! I know I will surely return!

Saturday afternoon perfection! My bf recognized that the situation was my ideal, to the extent he pointed out that I was within my personal heaven on earth. They were rocking my fav classic rock, there were open seats at the bar and the mood was right!
We enjoyed a 10 sampler array of ciders, mead & cizer. All perfect in their own way, it was difficult to decide which was my favorite! KatiLyn was fantastic! She is truly involved in the brewery and cidery and it was great learning about the differences and similarities.
We were educated on their experimental nature, their sourcing of quality local products, and their growth. The cider tap room has a lovely design and there is enough space for at least 20 people to chill comfortably. There is a sweet wheel lamp in the entry and it is connected to the brewery so there is some back & forth traffic.
My only criticism is that they are so far from me in Denver, but hopefully some day they will open up a tasting room here! There were so many awesome ciders, etc that I am truly impressed. We ended up taking a cizer home along with some local honey. They sell Wynn’s honey, a Loveland company that was impacted a lot by the harsh floods and they offered to assist in selling their products. They had an alfalfa and a wildflower option available, I loved it!
If you are in Loveland, Longmont, or anywhere near here it is worth the effort to experience this kickass joint! There is a variety of brews with different qualities to the extent that there must be something for everyone to enjoy! Hopefully they will come to Denver for an event or two soon, otherwise I will have to get back there sometime!

Awesome Cider!
5 Stars for the cider. By far some of the best cider I have had.
However, the layout confines the cider drinkers in a small room that feels more like an hallway. The connected beer brewery has more seating and more ways to distract yourself from boring conversation but you are not allowed to bring your cider in with you.

My mom & I stopped by today & were pleasantly surprised!!! We tried «The Grand Tour» (10 tasters) & were definitely both tipsy. Can’t even taste the alcohol! It was delish. It was hard for us to taste the difference between the dry, semi-​dry, & sweet ciders… maybe because we were eating chips? :) The two rotations (Mango Apple & Apple Pomegranate) were really good, but we bought a 32 oz of the cranberry apple semi-​dry. Going back & bringing friends!
