We are a Chicago-​style pizzeria specializing in Stuffed pizza, alond with tradition thin-​crust pies, hot hoagies, pasta and salads. We offer beer and soda and have a small dining room to complement carry-​outs and delivery service. We are located between the U of L campus and Churcj=hill Downs.

History

Established in 1998.

Formerly Pasquale’s Pizza, we upgraded the menu and facilities to transform the restaurant to a Chicago-​Style pizzeria.

This establishment appears to be closed. I tried going to their website and it has been taken down so I called their phone number and it says that the number is now disconnected. I checked
and they have a big notice on the top of their page saying that the restaurant is now closed. Can anyone give 100% verification of this?

Best Chicago dish in Louisville! Owners/​operators r great people. This superb pizza place has great beer on draft, and donates portions of proceeds to local charities. Pretty awesome!

Outstanding deep dish. We had sausage, onion, green pepper and banana pepper. It’s not pizzaria due in Chicago but it is much closer and really good.

The pizza is really good here. The two guys that run it are nice and personable, and the prices are fair. My only gripe is that they seem to be closed a lot for vacation, but that’s to be expected when it’s owner-​operated.
