Window Three was designed for our new economy that is full of high speed, always on professionals. Our Infused Coaching Program is a series of 15 episodes that go beyond a person’s professional actions, and dives into what drives success: Choices. The Infused Coaching Program was designed to be delivered monthly over the course of a year and touches on topics relating to Creativity, Transparency, Choices, Self-​Worth, Fear vs. Confidence, Emotional Intelligence, and Choices… and that’s just to name a few.

The successes of yesterday’s economy have left too many of us on AutoPilot. Window Three will show you what it feels like to take back control.

History

Established in 2009.

Window Three was created in 2009 by Author, Producer, and National Trainer, Jon Nodine. Our Goal: Equip professionals with the communication skills needed for interacting in our new economy. Built around the ideas behind Motivational Leadership & Emotional Intelligence, Window Three is the new approach to team development.

Typical corporate training is no longer good enough. It’s costly, time consuming, and out of date… not too mention ineffective. Studies show that your average corporate training program has a long term retention rate of between 2% — 5%. Bluntly put, that’s not good enough.

Business Owner

Jon Nodine is the Author of «Window Three, You Always Have a Choice.» He is a former Sales Champion, Division Manager, & National Trainer for two of America’s Largest Companies. Jon has also successfully competed in 5 Marathons including the New York Marathon, and is considered by many to be an expert in the art of Communication and Emotional Intelligence.
