Took my family visiting from out of town on a Segway tour. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience… especially our guides Braxton and Marcus. Would definitely recommend it!

Lots of bike rental options at this waterfront company. They gave us 20 mins free because our destination was an ice cream shop across the Ohio River. Fun day viewing Louisville from the bridge and from the Ohio River Greenbelt on the other side of the river. Helmets loaned if you want them.

My friend and I wanted to get some bikes and ride around the waterfront and over the river. The manager was very helpful. The hybrid bikes were Giant bikes (good, reputable brand!)
Paid 20 bucks for half day (4 hours), they also offer a military discount!
Rode around for about 3 of those hours with zero complaints!

We stopped by last night and asked about the biking options. Since it was close to being dark we inquired about renting today. Even though the says open at 10 am. on the sign, we were told to come back at noon. So we changed or plans for the day and came at quarter till noon. No one was there. Several other customers came and left while we were waiting. We waited until 12:20,and then gave up. After we had walked the bridge I returned to the booth to let them know they lost our sale. I was told by the girl with the long hair that there was nothing they could do about it. Very rude and indifferent. This was supposed to be a special special part off our weekend getaway.

A great way to spend a couple hours! Lots of fun and some interesting facts about the Waterfront along the way. We took the 6pm tour on the 4th of July and the weather was fantastic.
There were a few issues with our Segways before the tour started, which delayed us a little in getting started. Jeff and the team worked to get everything working as quickly as they could and took great care of us while we waited. I don’t think the issues we had come up very often, but they handled it well — and that’s what matters to me.
I definitely recommend taking a Segway tour!

Disappointment.
Brought my daughter to Wheel Fun at 5:45pm to rent a cruiser, 8 other folks there standing at the door looking to rent. Most were mad.
Hours today 10am till 9pm but there closed early.
No sign or message, called no answer
Looks like a fun time but we are from out of town so we’ll find something else.

If you haven’t checked out Wheel Fun Rentals you are really missing out. We rented a surrey large enough for the family. We had a great time! It’s a great way to explore the Louisville Waterfront.
