Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Was from out of town and needed an oil change. Randomly picked this place based on positive review and location. Never experienced drive through oil change but it made it really fast and no one else gets in your car that way. The only downside I could say is that it was a tight turn at the one I went to as it is on a small lot. Three people work on the car at once, tell you what’s going on, tell you the options, make suggestions, and let you choose. They top off your fluids and didn’t make things up, I.e. pulled out the air filter, showed it to me and said this is completely clean you don’t need a new one. They charged the same amount my mechanic does, about $ 40. It’s not as cheap as jiffy lube perhaps but there was no railroading and it only took about 15 minutes. They were pleasant, professional and treated me the same as the guy next to me so it was well worth the small differential.

I have literally never had anyone besides my dad look under the hood of a car that I’ve owned, but seeing as my oil change light has been on for over a week and it was KILLING my gas mileage, I had no choice but to pursue other ways to fix this problem than to bother dear olé Dad to do it for me.
VERY professional experience and I was able to sit in my car the entire time the service took place. I had debated about bringing my dog since the next stop for errands was an outdoor café, and I wish I had now knowing that this was how the experience would be. That would be IDEAL for a mother/​father toting a bunch of toddlers or younger– no fuss with getting all the kids in and out and in again all for them to drain your car and put fluid back into it.
I pulled directly into the garage where Matt began giving me polite instructions on all of the lights that he was checking and services he was providing (free of charge) with my oil change. There weren’t many decisions to be made about my services other than which oil to choose and a few other things, but Cody was also involved with this process so work was being done to my car the ENTIRE time I sat there.
Grand totals: 13 minutes and $ 35.07. This is a little high according to a friend for cost, but I’ll take it. They also aired my tires and checked the whole thing. My time is the most valuable thing I have, so they saved me that. Not to mention a $ 5 off for being a new customer– they just offered that as they noticed I said I had never been there before.
All in all, a clean environment, a professional efficient staff, and a great experience. What more do you need from a garage?
