With a traditional American breakfast through dinner menu, it has been serving the community for over 60 years. While a wholesome breakfast gets you going, the diner’s famous, The Twig, has been praised for being one of the top five burgers in the city.

«Twig and Leaf» is a diner and local landmark located in the Douglass Loop area of the Highlands. Entering in the diner is like taking a trip back to the diners of the 1950s; whether brunching on weekday or weekend mornings or calling it a day after a night on the town, our menu offers something everyone can enjoy. Twig and Leaf renders an outstanding list of American breakfast favorites all day, as well as lunch and dinner. Gibin George did his Bachelors and then Masters in Business Administration from University of Louisville. He has previously worked at United Parcel Services for 7 years. He is progressive, ambitious, hardworking and proactive. He plans to make Twig and Leaf an old school diner where people can take some time off from technology and be reminiscent of the good old times.
