History

Established in 2010.

In 2010 brother and sister team and Louisville natives Matthews and Laura Oatley began The Oatley Team, part of Keller Williams East, specializing in real estate in Louisville, Shelbyville, Oldham County, Bullitt County and Spencer County.

Laura began her real estate career in 2003 quickly becoming one of the top real estate agents in Louisville. She became a real estate agent to help people find their dream homes. Matthew had a very successful career in sales. The two decided they could use both their skills and create a dynamic top performing real estate team. Last year The Oatley Team had almost $ 24 million in sales. The Oatley Team is in the top 1% of all Louisville Realtors.

Laura started her real estate career in 2003 and quickly became a top producer. By her second year, she was a multi-​million dollar producer and became an agent in the top 1% of sales for all of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, where she remains today. Laura has also reached Top Producer status for a six state region.

Matthew’s strong negotiating background and people skills have earned him numerous awards, including Salesman of the Month on multiple occasions, Master Salesperson, and Salesperson of the Year. In 2009, Matthew brought his skills and talent to the real estate world where he and his sister, Laura, formed The Oatley Team. Matthew focuses his efforts as a Buyer’s Specialist, where his sales experience, negotiating, skills, and love for working with people, make him a top agent!
