If you seek a ton of options, you’ve come to the right place! 10 – 12 options of froyo & sherbet — including sugar free, fat free, and gluten free options. They have about 50 topping to choose from — nuts, various candy chips, cereal, candy, fruit, crushed candy bars, sprinkles and warm toppings like caramel, hot fudge, and NUTELLA.
They having seating indoors & out on the patio. It’s in the shopping center next to McAlister’s & Qdoba, near several other restaurants, so it’s the perfect, convenient place for an after dinner treat.

Great service, awesome flavors, very affordable! Give them a try! Highly recommend the sea salt caramel pretzel flavor.

Super friendly people, have Groupons, and a good selection of toppings and yogurts.

My favorite yogurt place in Louisville!
It’s local and they are always sending out coupons in the mail. I’m not sure if those only get around the St. Matthews area, but every month I would get one for buy one get one free! ^_​_​_​_​^ They have a wide variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. My favorite flavors are Cable Car Chocolate, Dulce de Leche, & Vanilla. I mix those then top it off with chocolates, fruits, brownie bits, and cheesecake bits.
It is sinful and will surely turn you into a fattie, but it’s worth it! ;)

I used to live in LA and I looooooved going to frozen yogurt joints. We had a groupon or living social for this place so we went. What a disappointment. It definitely did not taste as good as Red Mango or Pinkberry or Yogurtland. What kind of frozen yogurt place doesn’t have plain old yogurt flavor? I think the one that they recommended was the one with pomegranate and it didn’t have live culture in it so it wasn’t even a frozen yogurt. Everything just tasted yuck. Kinda powdery. Will not recommend this place. Disappointed because I love frozen yogurts and I was hoping for this place to be my regular hang out place. So if you like Red Mango, Pinkberry, or yogurtland… don’t go here because you will just waste your money.

We love this place. We like to go next door for kids-​eat-​free at McAlister’s, then across to the Village 8 on Tuesdays for $ 2 movies and then back to Sweet n Swirly for dessert! My kids love to make different flavor combos and this place makes it fun with the tall topping dispensers. I’ve tried a lot of the frozen yogurt shops and I think their frozen yogurt is really creamy compared to some of the others.
