Over 20 years ago Sam Swope saw the financial strains of his customers changing. As these economical burdens grew his future client’s credit ratings were dropping, and with this decline more and more of his clients could not obtain the conventional bank financing that they were accustom to. They still, however, were in need of dependable daily transportation to support themselves and their families.
With this in mind Mr. Swope was determined to develop a system that would assist his past and future customers in meeting their transportation needs. The result of this endeavor was the birth of the Swope Advantage Plan. In the past most commonly referred to as «Buy-Here/Pay– Here» or «Lot Financing», Mr Swope took the idea one step further by giving Advantages to his new clients that did not exist in the market.
