Dropped off 3 articles of clothing. I asked the manager for the price of each. She told me the dress shirts would be $ 2.99 each and the pants would be $ 7.87. The price was much higher than what I would normally pay, but since I already made a trip there — I decided to go with it. The next day, I call before making a trip again to pick up my clothes and had no luck in getting in touch with someone. I decided to go ahead and drive up there and what do I see upon arrival: one of the employees with headphones. I ask for my clothes and see that the prices on the tags were a lot higher than what I was told. The shirts were each $ 5.23. I pay for it in hopes of leaving there and never going back. The guy at the front runs my card and tells me to enter my debit card #. I tell him I only use credit. He says, «well that’s the only option available.» He goes on to explain the new payment machine they have. Eager to leave, I go ahead and enter my PIN. I receive my card back and seconds later, I’m asked if they can run my card again. I’m handed a voided receipt so I let the guy run my card again. A few days later, I notice that my card was run twice with no pending transactions on my account. I went back to ask that they correct their mistake. The manager nonchalantly calls the employee who ran my card twice. He apologizes and tells me they can give me «store credit.» I kindly declined and told them I would never do business with them again to give me a refund. They go on to ask me to come back if I don’t see the refund on my account. I hope I never have to. Worst customer service experience. P. S. There’s a stain on my white dress shirt.

I dropped a suede shirt off my husband to be dry cleaned, received my ticket and out the door. I went back to pick up the shirt and the price was $ 74.00. OUCH! I asked he service rep at the counter why the cleaning cost so much and no one told me it would be that expensive when I dropped it off. I totally understand that it cost a little more to have suede dry cleaned… but $ 74? Come on! I called several times to speak with the manager and left several messages and each time was told she was not in. So I decided to drive there and ask for the manager, her not knowing that I had been calling and she walked right out to the counter. Definitely reporting this issue to the BBB.

Having a tough time finding a reasonably priced and reliable dry cleaners in Louisville. I took 19 of my husband’s dress shirts here on a Monday, was told they wouldn’t be ready until Friday. I’ve never been given such a long timeframe for laundering shirts, but since I was already there and didn’t need them in a rush, I said okay. I didn’t get back there until the following Monday, and they presented me with 15 shirts. I had to count them, they didn’t even mention that 4 were missing. They told me that they should be on the shipment that night. I went back Tuesday afternoon to get the rest of my shirts. On top of that, they charged around $ 2.35 per shirt. I was paying $ 1.65 per shirt in the Philly suburbs at an organic dry cleaners. I find it hard to believe that I can’t find a dry cleaners in Louisville that will launder a shirt for a comparable price. For that difference, I think I’ll just wash and iron them myself. 2 stars for coming home with clean shirts.
