Terrible. Bad atmosphere right when I walk in. Not enough workers in the back=slow service. Rude workers.

Shut up, Dale Juan. I love this place. I usually become cross when people down the South End. I work here, I love it here, the people are so genuine and kind but it has a the enormous drawback of being a food desert in a couple of ways. There aren’t many choices beyond sit down places and fast food, Qdoba(while a chain) offers me the choice of having freshly good food that I can arrange in a way that is healthy. It’s usually efficient, it’s always clean, and the food moves quickly so you don’t have to worry about something that has been sitting out.

Pretty solid Qdoba. Took my mom and little bro out for lunch there, this afternoon. The workers were very respectful and the food was good. Prices weren’t bad either. Paid about $ 25 for three meals, including drinks. Also, it was very clean. All in all, had a nice time and a good meal.

I eat here usually once or twice a month and am almost always happy with the food and service. Today is no different. The line moves fairly quickly and the food is filling. The workers are very friendly. Today I forgot my rewards card so they printed a code out so that I can redeem points when I get to a computer. Personally if you dont hit this place during lunch rush you cant get a better lunch for under 10 bucks around here. I know it isnt a 5 star restaurant but it is a good place for lunch.

Burritos are pretty good, but on 3 different visits in a span of about 8 months have had the same issue… stale and over salted chips! I even asked for a different bowl of chips as the ones I got were pretty stale. Stale enough to be described as chewy. The new batch was just as terrible as the first. On this visit the chips were still stale, still way over salted and even the taco bowl was stale. Probably won’t come back to this location.

First off, let me say that it’s a nice thing for a Qdoba to be located along Dixie Highway, as the variety of fast food usually doesn’t stray far from the ubiquitous McDonald’s or similar. So star for that alone. And this Qdoba isn’t that far different from the others in town, standard ‘Fresh Mex’, not unlike Moe’s or Chipotle’s but my one issue is that it’s just not quite as good as the competition. Ingredients don’t seem quite as fresh and maybe I’m just not as sold on the over Southwestern-seasoned meat. Perfectly OK and better than Taco Bell, but not my first choice, not when I can opt for Mexico Tipico for more authentic Mexican. However, if I’m stuck on this end of town, the Q will do. If I could describe my experience at the Qudoba on Dixie in one word, it would be horrible! I’ve never had such idiotic service in my life. I would recommend putting on a meat poncho and running through the polar bear exhibit at the zoo, before recommending this crap hole of an establishment.

Tuesday is apparently double reward day … so I came here with a bunch of my local coworkers while I was in town for business. It’s no Chipotle. Yup … I admit, I like Chipotle. I had the steak salad … the tosada bowl, which looked yummy — was in fact stale. There was also too much beans and not enough greens in the mix that was supposed to be the *salad*.(It’s also already mixed together so really no option for me to have asked for less beans or more salad.) The other plates of food that my friends got looked better … so probably not entirely hopeless … but if I moved to Louisville, I would really miss Chipotle.
