Free Pie Wednesday! And we didn’t even know it. We’re rolling through Louisville on our way to Mammoth Caves( ). We were driving around the mall debating where to go. The wife ran in and approved the menu so we all went in. Our waiter, Blake, and his trainee were great. They were on top of our needs and professional. Start with a basket of fresh rolls. The 9 for $ 9.99 was a great deal. Two of us had the fried chicken fingers, five huge, moist and tasty pieces plus a side — one had the chips which were hard to stop eating, another had a side salad that more than ample in size. Another had Santa Fe Talapia with broccoli and rice. The kid’s mac-n-cheese was more than ample. We discovered that it was Free Pie Wednesday, which was a bonus. Unfortunately they were out of the Lemon pie. The French Silk was good, the apple and peach were enjoyed by all.

A rather disappointing lunch experience, and we tend to be low maintenance people. Service was slow; perhaps they were having a staffing shortage or something. Salad was somewhat wilted. Asked for crackers and were told they’d run out. Other food was chain quality… at the good to mediocre level.

Business travel… Weekday lunch, was eating junk all week, craving a salad and this place seemed like a safe enough choice. Had a chicken caesar salad. Had better, had worse. Staff was friendly and they got me in and out fast.

Excellent food and service! One of our favorite places to eat. Waiters and waitress’s are all very polite. Wait time for a Friday night was not bad at all. Try the Louisiana Sirloin or the Hawaiian chicken salad.

I went to O’Charley’s for the 1st time last weekend on the way to a hike. The atmosphere is casual, cheerful, and upbeat. All the staff was friendly and helpful, especially our waitress, Peggy. The food was delicious too. Next time we go back out that way we’ll definitely go back!

O’Charley’s is one of the best casual chain restaurants around. The food is good, the service is always acceptable or better, and the prices are pretty fair. If you take advantage of some of their offers like the 2 for $ 20 deal, you walk out with a very light bill for a good amount of good food. This is a much better option than Chili’s or Applebees in my opinion. So if you are looking for that type of atmosphere, service, and food, O’Charley’s is the place to go.

I won’t lie — I love O’Charley’s! In my opinion, they have the best chicken fingers around. And I’ve eaten A LOT of chicken fingers. If you go between 3:00 p.m. — 6:00 p.m. and sit at the bar, you can get happy hour prices on booze & appetizers!

This was the first O’Charley’s we ate at since arriving in KY. They were offering a meal for less than $ 8.00 or something like that and it was filling! Our total bill including our ice teas came to less than $ 20.00. Our server was on top of things and made sure our glasses were never empty. The rolls are awesome! Because of it we took my daughter when she came to visit us a few weeks later to the location in E-town.(see my review on that one :)
