the worst of the worst!!! they keep saying they have not recieved my close faxes and they keep charging my account every month. they finally got my fax supposedly and now they are saying it will take 30 days to actually close in the meantime they are still going to charge me fees. scams!!! horrible service. i’ve been trying for months to cancel this service, i sent emails and faxes but i’m still getting charged even though i have not used them in 3 months. i was promised refunds which i have not recieved. it is obvious they just want to suck every penny they can.
