Napa Auto Parts

I usually buy my auto repair parts here since I try to fix the little things on my own. I sense that the people who work in these type places either don’t know that much
about auto repair or they don’t want to offer too much advise. Near Louisville we have
4 choices and I will list them in order of preference.
1. NAPA Ok service and usually have the part you need.
2. Advanced Auto Friendly helpful people with reasonably priced parts. They also carry some motorcycle maintenance items.
3. Auto Zone When NAPA or Advanced don’t have the part I try them.
4. O’Rielly Bad attitudes, bad service limited parts selection.
I went into NAPA for a part they didn’t have in stock but said they could have it by noon and they would call me when it arrived. Never called so that evening I returned to the store they said they forgot to call me and it turns out they had the wrong part. Now I had to scramble to find the part with the auto parts stores in the area closing soon. So lot’s of hurried trips to 3 different parts stores I found the part and got home and did the repairs that night.
I will order my parts online and have them shipped to me or Advanced moves to No. 1 on my preference list for local auto parts.

I’m not always glitz and glamour! I’m a Git-​Er-​Done Girl, too! When the project seems simple enough I find it easier, faster and cheaper to do it myself. The people who work here are pretty helpful about answering questions… and if I’m still wondering when I get home, then its off to YouTube for my answers.

Out a headlight and in need of a new battery I came to Napa. Service was incredible, considering it’s not meant to be a body shop. After the purchase of my items, my partner decided to do the work in the parking lot. It took us a while because I didn’t have the right tools in my car for the job. We asked for some advice inside and an employee came out, tweaked a few things, and we were on our way. They really are a dependable and economically friendly brand of auto parts. Difficult to find in the auto industry.

Always a first-​class customer service experience, since way back when they were in the little shop on Front St. Every time I’ve been there the folks at the counter have been eager to help, really knew their products, and if they didn’t have it in stock they’ve always been able to get it quickly (usually the same day). Good prices, too (often cheaper than similar or inferior products at the big-​box stores). Most of all, though, I can’t stress how helpful the staff is. I wish there were more businesses like this, where you can count on getting truly knowledgable and friendly help.
