I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff of Michael’s of Louisville during the initial consultation, but I was blown away with the superior quality of the workmanship of the custom plantation shutters they installed in my home. There was a small delay in the delivery, but they stayed in touch with me throughout the process so I didn’t feel «out of the loop». The measurements were perfect, and when the shutters arrived and were installed, they far exceeded my expectations. I have recommended Michael’s to several friends, at least one of whom has had shutters installed in her home — to rave reviews.
Best of all — they were the lowest bidder from among 3 local companies who bid the work! I plan on having them do the rest of the windows in my home and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Superior quality and service, and reasonable pricing.
