History

Established in 1992.

Four generations of the Charles Krebs family have been serving the eyewear needs of the Louisville community for over 100 years.

Charles D. Krebs is the founder of Krebs Optical in 1992.

Courtney Krebs McKinney, daughter of Charles Krebs, has followed in her father’s foot steps and entered the family business, Krebs Optical, as a fourth generation board certified optician in 2006 to present.
