Established in 2015.

Dave Elks, CPA is the founder and managing member of the firm. After nine years in public accounting with local and regional firms, Dave wanted to provide clients with an up-​front price for service.

Business Owner

Dave is a licensed certified public accountant in Kentucky. He founded Keystone Accounting Solutions, LLC to address the specific tax and accounting needs of individuals and growing businesses. He has a Bachelor’s of Accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi and is a proud member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Kentucky Society of CPA, and the Community Associations Institute.
