Hello, my name is Julie and I have been working with nails for over 10 years. My goal is to ensure the highest amount of satisfaction for every customer.
I will not be back to this salon. I went here about a month ago when I was in town. When I first arrived no one acknowledged me, but talked to other people who came in who seemed to be regulars. I got a regular pedi and shellac mani, my nails looked horrible. Some parts of my nails didn’t have polish on them. She filed my nails before and after she polished them. My fingernails looked like a 5 yo polished my nails. The only saving grace was the woman was thorough in her massage and she was nice. She said she had been doing nails for 15+ years. I don’t believe it.

Very busy salon. Wait time was okay. Went for a manicure/pedicure. The pedicure spa chairs are old, ripped and my massage did not work at all. It was rather uncomfortable. While sitting waiting for my turn I watched the fast paced workers zip along. It reminded me of an assembly line. You start out with one worker, then they send you to the next, and then another if needed. For me it made it difficult to tip properly. I also felt rushed, not relaxed at all. The chatter between the workers was loud and had each person lose focus on the task of my mani/pedi. It took two hours from start to finish for a mani/pedi. At one point I was left with my feet in luke warm water because the person doing my feet got hungry and just left me sitting. I also was disturbed by the fact that when doing my heels, the worker attempted to use a pedicure razor, which are illegal. I told her not to use it. I know I will not go back.
