Do not waste your money! Every time I am forced to come here I have to come home immediately and eat more food. The portion size is entirely too small and the food is way too overpriced. Run fast and run far!

Been coming here for years, but had a terrible experience tonight. They brought my wife’s Chicken Club Salad and the bowl was filthy on the bottom and looked like it hadn’t been washed. My pasta dish came out warm on the bottom where the bowl was retaining the heat, cold and dried out on top. Took both back to the counter and presented them to the manager who argued that my wife’s bowl had simply picked up stuff off the gloves and never really addressed my dish. They remade they dishes but the fact that instead of addressing the concerns of the customer, he felt the need to be dismissive and argue with us.

Although I’m not a sandwich person they have a great salad bar. They had an ice cream bar which my daughter adored. And I’m always looking for a place where my daughter would actually like to eat something. Well located and easy to park.

Best salad bar in town, no question. I usually get the half sandwich, one trip salad bar and water, is right at $ 10.00. Add a soft drinks add $ 2.00. The New York Yankee sandwich on NewOrleans French Bread, it’s huge, pistes of hot pastrami.

I pretty much confirm what the majority of reviews say about Jason’s Deli… The salad bar is the way to go. The options are endless. There’s so many different toppings for you to create the salad you want. Additionally, there are other goodies to chose from, such as pasta salad, potato salad, caprese salad, etc. There’s tons of dressings, and they all taste fresh and homemade. The salad bar has a dessert section as well that looks great, though I haven’t tried it yet. You can definitely make a large meal out of all the salad bar options. I’ve tried numerous sandwiches from Jason’s Deli and have been unimpressed. While they’re not horrible, I could make a better sandwich at home. I recommend sticking with the salad bar. An extra bonus for Jason’s Deli is they provide free soft serve ice cream for all of their guests. Awesome! It’s nothing decadent, but a nice way to end your meal with a small, sweet treat.

Finding this place was a pleasant surprise. Great salad bar! Meataballa Sandwich was really good, so was the French Onion Soup. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The gingerbread muffins were the best! Oh! And you get free ice cream with every meal… which my daughter really enjoyed. If I’m ever in Kentucky again, this place will for sure be a stop!

It’s really hard to beat this salad bar when it comes to chain-style salad bars and they have fat free dressings behind the counter if you’re on an Ornish or similar VLF diet. A few notches above the nearby Frisch’s salad bar, I think!

The food tastes great! …but who knows when you’ll get it. The staff is very unfocused. They all look busy but nothing is getting done. Everytime I go here it takes forever.

While shopping in the area we stopped in for my first visit. This is a very well run restaurant and clean. I was impressed with the food selection and the speed in which our orders were brought to the table and the friendly staff. The Chicken Club Salad was a good choice and the Organic Vegetable Soup tasted just as good as it smelled. I wish that we had a location in my area.

These folks are awesome! The managers and staff are ALL friendly, the food is good, and it’s always clean here. Today, when we walked in, the manager met us at the front counter and said he saw us pull into the parking lot, so he had a loaf of gluten free bread bagged and ready for us! Wow!

Just last week, I panned a fast casual restaurant that a friend and I used to frequent. This week, she wanted to grab dinner there, and instead I suggested Jason’s Deli. Can we say«winning!»? At about the same price point, Jason’s Deli has quite a few of the kinks ironed out that irked me at the other place. For starters, their staff is very attentive, cheerful, and professional. We were greeted promptly, our order was taken, and we were able to take a seat at one of the(bussed and cleaned!) tables. A mere few minutes later, our orders arrived. The food tasted fresh and delicious. I got the veggie wrap, which is spinach, mushrooms, and some other veggies with a light sprinkle of melted cheese(tasted like a parmesan or monterrey jack) to pull it all together. There is a choice of side items, and I went with the steamed veggies. They were the right mix of just enough steamed with a little substance to them too — not too underdone so that they were crunchy, and not too overdone so that they were soggy. With all that healthy eating, I had earned some dessert, and one perk of Jason’s is the free soft serve. I enjoyed a vanilla cone, and also got a coupon for a free cookie in the future if I fill out a survey. But the real stamp of approval was my friend’s affirmations. «Wow, now that I remembered that this place was here, we should come here more often!» My thoughts exactly, but I’ll let her think it was her idea!

My dad introduced me to this place years ago and I’ve been a fan ever since. Not only is the did unique and inexpensive but the service has been top notch every single time. I’ve never had a bad experience here and today was no exception. There was no French dressing on the salad bar so I asked someone about it. He went to go check and almost immediately returned with a full jar of dressing. I recommend this place to anyone looking for something different than standard restaurant fare with healthy options.

Went for a quick working lunch and they are quick but… I wanted something spicy so I ordered the ranchero wrap, big mistake! I saw another review about«messy» sandwiches and that’s what I got. The basic ingredients were good, chicken, jalapenos. etc but the dressing or whatever it was with it(probably sour cream based) was really runny and came pouring out of the bottom of my wrap! Super messy. Won’t have that again! Plus it was over $ 7 for the wrap and blue tortilla chips. not a bargain by any means!

As if the menu wasn’t great enough already, I could eat this salad bar all day! There is so much to choose from, and it’s all very fresh!

They call it «organic» and charge 10% more should be the name of the place. Great Reuben and Pot Roast. With that said, the prices are a joke. If you add chips(or a side) and a drink to a sandwich, expect to pay between 9 – 11 $ . I would rather go to Texas Roadhouse and eat a steak with two sides for those prices. My favorite — their receipts ask for a tip. A tip for what? They aren’t a service restaurant.

I went to Jason’s Deli for the first time today. I had heard tons of good things so I figured it had to be good. I was really disappointed unfortunately. I think based on the other reviews I just didn’t order the right things. I ordered the Ruben and a side of American potato salad and an iced tea to drink. The Ruben looked great when it came out. It was huge and piled with corned beef. However when I took my first bite the bread completely fell apart. The top slice was in three pieces and the bottom was in four. I had thousand island all over one hand and corned beef and sauerkraut all over the plate. I’m not completely opposed to messy meals, some of the best foods can be quite sloppy to eat but this was more than messy. I had to resort to using my fork to eat the sandwich and then I began to notice how much fat was around the edges of all of the corned beef. Normally a lot of that fat is trimmed off once the meat is cooled after the first time it’s cooked but that clearly didn’t happen. Corned beef is a quite fatty meat but that’s exactly why it’s usually cleaned up quite a bit before is sliced. It’s really gross to have a huge mouthful of nothing but chewy stringy fat that you have to spit out. On top of that the beef was sliced a bit thicker than I personally prefer. It was pretty tough. The thinner corned beef is sliced the less tough it is to chew. The sauerkraut was pretty good as was the cheese and thousand island, but I was unable to eat much of the beef. The potato salad was probably the worst potato salad I’ve ever had. The potatoes were super mushy and there was way too much«dressing». It was obviously straight from a bucket and apparently not even a good quality bucket of potato salad. Working in food service for years I tried lots of different«bucket» potato salads and there are far better options than what they were serving. On top of all of that it was completely bland as well. For my meal which I barely touched I paid twelve dollars and change. That’s a bit high for a sandwich even if I could have eaten it. One star for the terrible meal I had today and a second star for«free» ice cream. Normally after such a horrible meal I wouldn’t return however I did see the salad bar after I had ordered and it looked awesome as other reviews have stated and the other meals I saw coming out of the kitchen area also looked great so I will give Jason’s a second chance so I can try something else and hopefully I can update and maybe improve my rating!

I love the food here, service is quick and friendly, but its the food that keeps me coming back. Looks like I’m not alone either, the place is packed at lunch time! They have plenty of tables to handle the rush though. Great place for a business lunch.

The food is amazing! There is a section of the salad bar where they have complementary treats and I always go for the little«brownies». They have great cottage cheese on the salad bar that I am addicted too! I usually get either the salad bar or the pasta penne with meat balls. Usually the staff is friendly but recently they have hired two girls that are very rude but tonight neither of them were there, thankfully. It’s because of these two girls that I am giving my favorite place on Earth four stars.

I love Jason’s deli. It has the freshest salad bar full of great toppings, even a few organic items. I highly recommend the managers special with a 1 trip to the salad bar and ½ sandwich of your choice. The free ice cream is an extra bonus. The menu is reasonably priced. It’s good stuff!

I took my chili back because it was too spicy(it isn’t usually – weird), and asked if I could trade it out. They let me, but one of the staff took my bowl of chili ANDDUMPEDITBACKINTHEPOT. I was shocked. Didn’t eat the replacement soup.
