Image Auto Detail

Customer service was terrible. I was treated very poorly and rudely. This company does not care about its customers. Also the address posted is NOT the correct address anymore, but you visit this location you would have no idea they had moved locations. All the signs and postings are on the door like business as usual. Also if you look at their official website it still has the wrong address. I setup an appointment dropped my key in the slot at the old location. After leaving my car parked all day I called the image to see if my car was done. They asked where I dropped my car off and told me it was the wrong location. When the appt was made I was not told of a new address, even though the guy claimed he did. He did say the business had changed and his partner had changed, which is why they refused to accept the deal chicken that was purchased because his old partner was the one that created the deal. I questioned why a sign wasn’t posted at the old location to go to the new one with the correct answer and was given no explanation. Next I asked how I was going to get my car key back from them. The guy I talked to at image could have cared less and informed me he had no way to get into the old store and I was not going to be able to get my car key back. Basically I was out of luck. Even if they made my service free I would not take my car to this company. I have never been so disgusted.
